For you, it has to be right at the end of the day! I still consider it significantly too much; in my opinion, you should have managed with TEUR 5 to 5.5. The shaft for the later photovoltaics doesn’t cost a fortune.

We have a condensing boiler with a 300l storage tank / 2 collectors on the roof (underfloor heating). After about a year, roughly 30KWh/m² consumption.

The fireplace is primarily for coziness. Since the house is well insulated, I chose the thing with 600kg of storage mass. No problems with overheating the room (approx. 55m²). Still over 80°C residual heat in the stove in the morning. So the energy is still being used. It was about 3 RM last heating period.
