Hi,

thank you very much for the numerous responses.
The architect asked if we want the solid house from a single source at a fixed price (developer) or prefer individual tenders.

What do you think about the fixed price, could this possibly be significantly more expensive because of the built-in securities etc.?

Normally, it shouldn't make much of a difference. However, you are not as flexible then. There are many threads about GU/GÜ vs. architect with individual tendering here, just search.

We have built massively, turnkey, 140 sqm + basement as a white tank completely with underfloor heating (also in the basement), city villa with many floor-to-ceiling windows and everything included for exactly €299,000 (excluding additional building costs and land) ... and that in Bavaria, regional construction company. The same house with several FH companies is €20,000 more and with less frills (e.g. electrical gimmicks and equipment).

Solid construction is cheaper, for me at the fh the price guarantee and the payment plan were important for security.

5% down payment
Basement upon installation
Rest after acceptance.

So almost no risk

Hi,

do you possibly have a tip for us on which construction company/developer in the Ostalb district or Baden-Württemberg delivers good quality work at a good price? (preferably with planning/price certainty similar to a prefabricated house provider)
I am not quite sure how to get in touch with the "right companies" and hope for your experiences!

Thank you very much and happy Easter!

Hi,

does anyone from the area have experience with construction companies mentioned above? In addition, Kampa has come into play, what do you think of Kampa?
