Because of another thread, I come to an advantage of wooden prefabricated construction:
With some small plots and corresponding floor area ratios, a minimal area must be built on. Due to the thinner walls in timber frame construction, you get more living space than with solid construction. That can already be 10 sqm gained
I have to contradict myself now because I compared the thickness of our solid wall structure with a timber frame construction: no/almost no difference.
@kaho: solid houses are (unfortunately) also built airtight, so controlled residential ventilation makes a lot of sense, especially since the construction moisture from the mortar and co is also inside the building. Solid houses must also pass the blower door test.
