No, above all construction is done in "white" because it makes the rooms look bigger... red is quite oppressive there....

then open up a bit more

seriously, write down all the points you can think of against ETICS... then cross out the ones that are just "gut feelings"... beside that, note everything that speaks against monolithic construction...
I bet ETICS won’t look so bad all of a sudden once you understand what’s really behind phrases like "breathing walls," "hazardous waste," etc. (namely, not much...)

Otherwise, Kfw70 should also be feasible with a T9... a lot also depends on windows, heating, roof, building services, etc...

Hello,

You haven't been in a aerated concrete building yet; right?

The rooms also only appear bigger once the plaster is on, so the rooms are actually smaller

Rhenish greetings

Yes, we have been in shell constructions quite often, both in red and in white... currently I am standing inside a "red" one myself ^^ (ok, ceiling/floor is gray).

With white, we rarely had the feeling "oh God, poor children... not even a bed would fit," but with "red," more often ^^

Especially when there are no interior walls/ceilings yet, you would love to extend a few meters more.

Hello,

That's normal; most of the time I already see the first horrified faces on the foundation slab

Rhenish greetings

I fully agree with Adrian on that. If soundproofing is so important, then I would use sand-lime brick and a proper ETICS for thermal insulation.
