No, not directly. But we bought our property a few villages away and are, among other things, also talking to the general contractor who is building the duplexes. That's why they caught my eye when driving past.

Are all the plots in Knauthain-Knautkleeberg already allocated or do they not come into question for you for various reasons? I don't know if they are tied to a developer.

I mean, there were 100 bidders on a property and many came with the idea of spending the total amount for what the properties were sold for.

You really have to look towards Merseburg, Krostitz if you want to stay under 100€/sqm. We bought in Rückmarsdorf 5 years ago for 100€/sqm, now there is a building plot directly on [B 181] 800sqm for 200K€.
