Plaster/smooth walls with Uniflott

Hello everyone,

I am new here and have a question that has been on my mind.

I would like to plaster, smooth, and paint white the walls in my 4-room apartment.
I was told that the best product to use for this is Uniflott, and practically I would need 2 bags per room at 40€ each.
My question now is, is that correct? Or is Uniflott only for plastering certain things and not for all walls?!

The other question is about painting: Is it allowed to mix the primer directly with the paint?!

I have now filled with uniflott and Ardex 828. I find Ardex somewhat better because it can be easily reworked and sanded well.

No, that doesn't help. The primer is supposed to prepare the surface so that it absorbs evenly. But that only works in several steps. Theoretically, you can skip the primer; then you just have to apply one more coat. Since primer is usually cheaper than paint, you haven't saved anything. So you never save time. Usually not money either if you skip the primer.

Thanks for the info. Do you know how it is with Uniflott?! Can you use Uniflott to plaster entire walls or do you rather use other materials for that? Regards
