No, we haven't been there, and we will never go there either. Anyone who demands such prices is one house number too big for us. Or too presumptuous.

I may have slightly overestimated with the 40k€, but without foundations it was about 34,500€. However, this only involves 3m depth! At 4m depth including foundations, it would certainly have been just under 40k€! In conversation, he also hinted that such a terrace roof is a luxury and not everyone can afford it... Apparently, I was not dressed well enough or in his eyes too young, which is why he made insinuations along those lines.
