Hello,

we will be building soon in the Lower Rhine region and we are looking for an expert who can assist us in the decision-making and planning of a particularly energy-saving house. Friends have brought the company Eukon from Krefeld to our attention (fits well :eek ), but they themselves have no experience yet, they only know them from others (colleagues, or something like that). Has anyone had experience with this company? Then please write something. This is quite important.

Thanks!

What exactly do you want? Why? To my knowledge, this is only an energy consultant. Does not plan houses.

For the house, we would use an architect. Have already had discussions there. Motivation? Well. Energy saving of course.

With [antrieb] the background is meant to be somewhat more detailed. Energy is already saved with a standard house. Therefore, there should be a reason for anything beyond that.

Some general contractors are now building passive houses. It's not rocket science that you have to develop additional heating concepts. Certainly, there is still potential with a concept tailored to the building and occupants. But you sink money into the last 2 percent that never pay off. It would be interesting to build with few resources.
