Planning network cabinet and home server

You can do it, but in my opinion they are not suitable for that. Awful registration process, etc. Someone does buy them, I definitely wouldn’t. But that’s just my humble opinion ;-) I have been relying exclusively on QNAP and Synology for about 15 years. We used WD SingleBay NAS much earlier as (exclusively) backup targets in small and very small businesses. For that purpose they were okay, but nothing more.
