The floor plan comes from a company called Favorit Massivbau. The "good advisor" was so unfriendly on the phone that he and his company disqualified themselves within two minutes. The conversation did not get as far as prices...

That was actually supposed to be a Bien-Zenker floor plan or the coloring and line work from them... The house itself was not known to me, nevertheless the above mentioned... I don’t look at all floor plans either ;) I will research and investigate :) ... I might also be wrong...

The house is called "Citylife 178" by Favorit ;)

oops... yes, I was mistaken. And if they don't want to, then it should be someone else with you who will build it :)

We will see. As soon as a property is in sight, concrete talks will continue. Before that, it probably makes no sense to invest time and energy there.
