this is the exact wording:

As roof shapes, gable and half-hipped roofs are permitted for the main roof surfaces - garages and ancillary facilities and green roofs are excluded from this

Pantry... a delicate subject - wife's wish. But I will cautiously try to incorporate the idea... wish me luck.

10sqm bathroom would do for me as well. Personally, I could easily do without a bathtub... but then we are back to the topic of wife and possibly children in the future.

Currently, I save at least 1.3k every month. Buffer is thus steadily increased, even if slightly. With a net income of 3.2 and fixed costs including rent, electricity, insurances, etc. of about 1.1, this is very feasible. And I still treat myself to sugar-free diet soda...
At the moment, we will only do some work ourselves on the flooring and regarding doors (can do). Cost reduction therefore rather limited?!
Edit: Yes, Lower Saxony.

You know: the hyphen (or whatever it’s called) confuses me.
Is there really such a thing in a development plan?
Would you like to post the complete development plan or name the district including the building area?

... the dash really does exist, at least in this development plan.
But it's good that you mentioned it again. I was a bit inattentive myself and definitely should have included the first and third paragraph – or just posted the picture right away.
But see for yourself:

Edit: I apologize for the inattentiveness and for providing incomplete information...

Yes, I read it the same way as you.

It is correct and important that you point that out; for my statement, I took the passage from the questionnaire as a direct quote and thus as a basis. The excerpt that came last confirms that in my opinion: one almost prefers green roofs, given how often that is specifically emphasized as an exception.

We had one planned initially as well. But it didn’t require any luck, just arguments. In rather small kitchens in apartments that certainly makes sense, but if you can plan a kitchen from scratch you (we) actually don’t need it anymore. Our pull-out cabinet is brilliant and exactly designed for the "pantry items," more than enough.

Then it’s not consistent downstairs as I said. If children, then a bigger bathroom downstairs, the tub can still be upstairs with you, it fits well into 10 sqm.

That’s very good and would already mean approx. a minimum of 15k more by the start of construction, with a rising tendency. It’s essential because:

Yep, more than manageable. Flooring is usually not included in most "turnkey" offers anyway but always own work or commissioned separately. What does the offer say about that again? Same goes for painting work, by the way.
