Placement on the property

I am new here and would appreciate your opinion.
For weeks I have been dealing with the topics: which house, how to place it best, where to put the carport, etc. You probably know it.
Today I can say that I have a design that I am happy with. The only thing I am still unsure about is the cardinal direction. I placed the house facing south, by the street, and as a result have the garden to the north, with a nice view of the fields. What do you think about that? Do you have something similar and maybe already some experience? Where would the carport fit best?

How big should the carport be? How large is the property? Where is an original plan of the property?

Are there any restrictions regarding the carport's distance from the street? Is there a slope? Is boundary construction allowed?

Carport for one car. Property size approx. 18x28 m, 483 sqm. There are no restrictions for the carport, boundary construction allowed. There is no slope, it is a very flat property.

Good question.... I haven't really thought about the details yet, in the first instance I'm more concerned with the placement of the house on the property, advantages, disadvantages.. More the exterior than the interior fit-out. Still, thanks for the question, I will keep it in mind.
