Hello dear experts/building owners…
I have a big problem with the placement of the gutter on the south side of our new building…
On the left side of the house there is a corner glazing on the ground floor and therefore (from my point of view) the drainage of rainwater is not possible….
What does it look like if a pipe runs past the corner glazing???
On the right side there is an extension with a flat roof on the ground floor… see attached photo!
According to the construction company, drainage is not possible here!!!
But it has to be possible somehow, right???
Can someone please help me here?
An internal drainage is also difficult! We are building with timber frame construction..
Thank you very much,
Veronika
