Which subsidy? The one from Brandenburg? Do you get it at 100%? Or the kfw40-KfW 40plus grant of €6,000. The second one is worth it. The first only if you actually get it. I think those funds are pretty much depleted.

Don't forget inverter losses for battery charging: 100% go in, about 80-90% come out!
Battery is a power destroyer .-/

The already mentioned and recommended [Fotov... Forum] is the right place. Please introduce your surfaces there accordingly. Sketches, drawings with exact measurements! Then you can get help to plan an optimal system. Maybe 14KWp fits if you take all 4 surfaces? At 25° tilt angle, that could pay off well if you get an acceptable offer. Just take a good inverter with 4 MPPTs or if it can't be helped, SolarEdge. Then you can also cover outbuildings (garage, bikeport etc.) if needed and willing.
