Photovoltaic system battery storage subsidy feed-in tariff?

Hello everyone,
we want to install a photovoltaic system with battery storage on our house. We live in Baden-Württemberg and the state offers a funding opportunity for this:
One of the providers told us that if we accept the linked funding program or if we receive the approval from the side of the kfw, the feed-in tariff decreases from 70% to 50%.

However, I cannot find anything about this on the KFW side or it is well hidden or I do not understand the text.
Is someone from BW here who can confirm or deny this statement?

Regards

Which funding program exactly? Then you can look it up.

But yes, there are storage subsidies that reduce the system output to 50%. Anyone who participates in that must be drunk.

Why with storage? It is almost always uneconomical.

Well, if the funding program for the storage does not provide a 50% reduction, it could at least be a cost-neutral installation for us mathematically.
We have an air source heat pump and an annual demand of 4500 kWh. Since our roof orientation is completely facing south, a storage system would be conceivable. However, currently the heat pump electricity from the energy supplier is minimally cheaper at 0.22€/kWh than an own storage system. It just depends, as written, on the funding possibility.

How is it actually with the Renewable Energy Sources Act surcharge? From 2020 onwards, this is fully dropped for new installations. Assuming I install a photovoltaic system with 6 kW in 2019 and another 3.97 kW in 2022. Does the Renewable Energy Sources Act surcharge then remain at 6 kW or does it apply to the 6 kW + 3.97 kW?

Somewhere in the forum it says that self-stored and consumed electricity costs something around 38 cents. How do you want to make that look good for yourself? If the Renewable Energy Act surcharge actually disappears, the system with storage will never pay off, right? I haven't dealt with it, as our system will be registered in 1-2 months.

Who claims that the Renewable Energy Act surcharge will be eliminated from 2020? The discussion is actually only about the fact that it is unfair; as far as I know, no exact date has been set.
Apart from that, the surcharge would of course also be removed for already existing systems. That would favor the storage in terms of amortization.
If you don't pay more than about 300€/kWh through subsidies for a storage system, then it can make sense; otherwise, it is economically rather not worthwhile.

Here. I tried to google it. But I suspect something got mixed up there.
