You have already paid nearly 70 percent when the shell construction is completed. By that time, you should actually have paid only about 50 percent. The important thing is that you receive the service first and then pay. Anything else could lead to serious problems later, especially if the construction company goes bankrupt.

Good day,

nordanney has already given you the correct answer; 75.5% at closed shell is a no-go! You should make sure that you have paid no more than 60% of the contract sum at closed shell. If there are "disagreements" after this construction stage, you can complete the construction from the remaining sum.

But in my opinion, you must not be under the mistaken impression that you can persuade your currently favored provider to abandon his payment plan. He has set it up as it is for good reason ;)

Rhineland greetings

For comparison in single trade contracting: shell construction with roof & windows is finished, the rough installation of plumbing & electrical is 70% complete - I am currently at about 35% of my construction budget.

Electrical and plumbing are far from finished before the interior plastering (in terms of cost) - the expensive items are still to come.

It also always depends on the construction company! We entered the race with 25%, 70%, 5%. The 25 and 70% were also relatively high. However, we knew about the solvency of our provider.

That's then, in my opinion, a BT deal and another story altogether ;) Rhineland greetings

I do not understand which service is provided between 1 (building application) and 2 (issuance of the building permit). That was my point. The building permit is granted by the authorities, the fees for it are a different matter ...

So what service is provided at item 2?
