Parquet in new constructions and more and more questions

Sanding oiled parquet is not ideal anyway, and sanding costs almost more than laying new flooring.

If we decide on the parquet floor, only a floating installation is an option. However, the parquet should be able to be sanded at least once...

Is it possible to sand 2.5mm oak parquet [Landhausdiele] floating installation at least once?

And are there perhaps more reviews on parquet? I just had a conversation this morning, two colleagues who have [Landhausdiele] themselves (Mafi & Weitzer), both extremely satisfied (one talks about "Patina" .. mhh) and one who has Haro strip parquet and is now throwing it out of the living room and putting in laminate...

I am facing a choice, I still need flooring for the bedroom, office, and gym, I would especially like parquet in the bedroom but you keep hearing horror stories... some say one thing, others another.
