I don't see anthracite in the product photos, but you do!

that's pretty intense how that looks. are those concrete blocks or paving bricks? no one will surely pick them up and completely relayout them for you for free (neither the installer nor the manufacturer). but you can also treat the surface of bricks so that, for example, the colors harmonize better together. what works with paving stones on the house also works with stones on the ground. and concrete can also be "painted over". it’s more of a renovation trick than something for new construction. but even with us, they had to use such tricks on the brick facade. obviously, it's not great, but probably the only option you'll have here unless you can prove beyond doubt that the stones have a genuine defect. wrong stones should have been claimed beforehand.

One would have to see pictures from further away. If you photograph a section directly up close, you will always see some kind of stair-step pattern/spotting or something similar.
