Parapet heights different in the same room?

I know what you mean, but you shouldn't take it too literally now, the 3D program creates a pretty distorted appearance. It was only about the upper window edge. Also, the window is not as shown in the program, but divided into 3 parts, with a sash on the right and left and fixed glazing in the middle.

I just consulted with my wife again and also took our current windows as a reference. We will agree on 300cm x 130cm. This results in a standard sill height of 93cm and each sash will then be 100cm x 130cm. Our current windows are 100cm x 140cm in an apartment building.
