Parador Vinyl Flooring Basic 30 Experiences

We are building a new house. For the upstairs and basement as well as the stairs, we plan to install vinyl. The vinyl will only be used in living areas and hallways and not in wet areas.

We have a small granny flat in the basement. Vinyl should also be installed there. However, it has an open kitchen and I am not sure whether I should also install the vinyl on an HDF board there.

Do you already have experience with Parador Basic 30? In terms of price/performance, it convinced me. But I would like to know your experiences.
Would it also be a good idea to install this vinyl in the granny flat (not in the granny flat WC)?
A PE foil is also planned.

Hello "Adriano 88". The approval is - as you notice with the topic "Parador Basic 30" - low. This may be because today there are only few differences in the "modular multilayer floor coverings", as they are precisely called. The PARADOR system mentioned by you is also included. One can only say: you like it or you don't like it. An individual decision with a flooring system that is standardized according to DIN EN 14041 and thus stamps all corresponding flooring systems alike with a "requirement seal". Your question "Wäre auch die Idee diese Vinyl auch in der Einlieger Wohnung (nicht in EW WC) zu verlegen, gut?" cannot be answered objectively. Basically, such floor systems can be used in almost any interior area. Even in a WC room (since it is not a wet area).
