Good evening,

I plan to paint a very old industrial hall from the inside. Therefore, I am looking for a paint that ideally only needs to be applied once and is very durable. Additionally, I am unsure about the paint because it should actually be very light, but light walls naturally also show dirt quickly.

Thank you in advance for all responses and have a nice evening.
Regards

If the hall is empty, I would spray and not paint. Regarding the paint, I would contact the well-known manufacturers. Depending on the use, I would choose a facade paint. If it becomes a living area, rather a latex paint. That one is also easier to clean.
