Ok, then we misunderstood each other, that is good and realistic, we were at 160 sqm for 7,500€ net, but without Q3, that was done by the general contractor.

And above all, such a house isn't finished in 2 weekends, it quickly adds up to 2 weeks and then also reliably to an appointment directly after handover before moving in. You could certainly have saved money, but for us it also mattered that it was then finished and we had warranty and an invoice.

So we had interior plaster done, [Filz baumit 19]. It cost about 16000 net for 170m2. Then the painter came and painted white twice. Cost 3500 net.

Looks good, but it wasn't exactly cheap.

I want to bring the thread up again, we are currently also faced with the decision whether fleece or plaster. However, we have gypsum fiberboards on the walls and gypsum plasterboard on the ceilings. Our painter said that with plaster you would see the joints less in grazing light. In terms of material cost, it would actually be the same whether fine plaster or wallpaper, which I can hardly believe? (Background: The painter works on an hourly basis and we provide all the materials)
