Somewhere the cold/hot water connections (plugged with construction plugs) have also come out of the wall in your bathroom.

Basically, everyone should install what they like and choose, but it may be that there are alternatives that are equivalent.
Example: we always liked mirrors that cost 2000 € in the showroom.
Now we ordered a custom-made equivalent (at least in terms of appearance with one deduction, but another plus) mirror online for 309. The mirror was not included anyway with the house provider.
In addition, with base cabinets from the carpenter or kitchen manufacturer (or Ikea), you can put together the same design for much less money.
Faucets are also mostly available in similar designs from other companies, but they do not exhibit; in a showroom, the significantly more expensive furniture is usually found.
Often, however, some compromises can be accepted if the price is many times cheaper. After installation, you then happily think of the washbasin with the low price and can also enjoy the look.
