Our house now has shutters!

Who wants it even cheaper: we once had the Greece craze at our ERH. We then painted these doors blue on the upper floor and mounted them on the plaster.

Aluminum shutters are unfortunately very very expensive. It amounts to a thousand euros per window and easily 20k for a whole house. I think it is the most expensive shading option, but also the nicest :)

As promised, here are some pictures of the shutters. Somehow timeless. As mentioned, these are or were used shutters from Baden Württemberg that are now hanging in Saxony-Anhalt. In some areas, shutters are much more common. Since aluminum is actually indestructible.
