What software is that? It looks interesting...

- Is a photovoltaic system planned? If not, then prepare empty conduits from the roof to the technical room.

- Is electricity needed in the garden? It could also be done later using a sub-distribution. Therefore, do not make the cable for the garage too tight.

Thanks for the input. I will then search again regarding the mounting and installation of the APs. The APs from Unifi have already caught my eye.

For the roller shutters, I would try to work with integrated timers, but I will inquire further about that as well. Control via app also sounds charming if the costs remain manageable.

Which APs would you recommend?

Many use Unifi but there are also, for example, TP-Link Omada which is supposed to have a good price/performance ratio
