Close only counts in horseshoes. It would certainly be great if every plot of land automatically became building land just because it shares a fence with existing building land. Legally, there is no such spillover; rather, each area must wait for its own appropriate designation. Development zones are designated when the waiting list of new residents is pressing and the municipality does not want to leave this opportunity solely to neighboring towns. Building wishes from relatives of residents do not matter in this regard. What is it in the neighborhood: a §34 area, or does it have a development plan?The meadow (not a field) reaches directly up to the current development. Our potential partial plot is built on from two sides. It would be virtually a "continuation" of the existing development.
