I would also prefer jpg.
Overall, the ground floor looks "tidier" now, but I wouldn’t like the long hallway. Just think about how it’s supposed to work when there are four of you, possibly with a stroller and then a doll stroller or two toddlers coming into the hallway. The first person who comes in takes off their coat and wants to hang it up. The result is that those who come in afterwards have to wait outside first. Overall, there is little space for coats/shoes in the hallway, especially if a family is planned. If it stays like that, I guarantee that everyone who comes into your place will trip over a pile of shoes (children who always neatly place their shoes side by side still have to be invented).
In general, there is now no storage room on the ground floor. I wouldn’t give that up. Going to the basement every time you need a vacuum cleaner wouldn’t be for me. All the other cleaning supplies also have to be stored in the basement because there is no space on the ground floor. Good luck when there are children... you need that more often. But it keeps you young if you always have to go up and down the stairs (I’ve noticed here more than once that there are home builders who integrate a fitness program into their planning right away. Admirable. I’d be too lazy for that...)
The kitchen wouldn’t be my choice either with the three filled-in corners. They are always hard to use and annoying. But tastes differ here.
I find the upper floor simply badly planned. Unless you’re self-proclaimed swingers and have your parties in the bedroom *g*, otherwise it’s just wasted, uselessly squandered space. It’s been noticed already: the space for a wardrobe is far too small! The sloped wall makes no sense at all and only costs space (and makes one children’s room a very strangely shaped room). How high is your knee wall? Did I miss that? So definitely revise the bedroom again; I would allow myself a bit more space in the bathroom for that. This will probably change the entire upper floor layout again. But I’m convinced it will be better.
