Without measurements, it is difficult to assess whether the "bathroom stairs" corner could become problematic. I would suggest "trying it out" using chairs/tables at home to see how you find it in terms of size. If it bothers you too much, I might even consider making the wall between the storage room and dressing room slanted as a last resort. That way, the corner is somewhat "mitigated."

Don't the two doors to the bathroom bother you? You always have to lock two doors when you are in the bathroom.

Otherwise, I find the floor plan very successful. Everything is included, and the proportions of the rooms are generally well divided.

The corner is not necessary: the bathroom does not cause any disadvantage if you level the hallway and install the bathtub slightly.

I don't like the furnishing of the living and dining room at all. The space behind the couch, which is apparently intended to be used as a terrace exit, is, in my opinion, a waste of space.

No, the doors don’t bother us, they are even intentional. This way you can take the short way to the bathroom and with the laundry from the utility room it’s also much more comfortable.

Thanks for the feedback

A chair will go in the corner and later possibly a freestanding/hanging fireplace. This way you can also extend the table when you have more guests, which would otherwise be difficult.

I believe I owe 1 - 2 photos

As you can see, we are already quite far along and many of the basic considerations have also been implemented. I have taken up and implemented many suggestions from this forum. Thanks again!

Hello Scratchi,
your house looks really great so far! We are currently planning with a comparable floor area and a similar set of requirements. Your design and the house shape have inspired us a lot
best regards
Ralf
