Hello,

we are still in the planning phase of the floor plan, so we are still completely flexible regarding doors, windows, and pipes.

I would like to hear your opinion on our idea concerning the bathroom layout, as we ourselves are still very uncertain.

We are aware that due to the two doors and the laundry chute, there is hardly any storage space available, but we also want to use the bench under the window as storage. The entrance to the shower is very small at 70 cm, but sufficient for us.

We imagine a very large washbasin with a countertop basin and concealed fittings. For washbasins >=160 cm, I have only found the Villeroy Boch Legato washbasin cabinet so far. What is your opinion and recommendation on the idea?
Similarly, we want fittings that are not very sensitive to water drops, therefore concealed. Do you have an opinion on this?

hm ... everything without sloping ceilings?

Is the dark spot on the left a staircase? Then the connection might not fit quite right, maybe the door doesn't fit as drawn.

Toilet and right next to the bowl the laundry chute could be tight for the toilet, but there's a dance hall in the middle.

Base cabinets for the washbasin ... you should also check with the kitchen supplier. They can deliver quite a bit, together with, for example, Corian countertops it results in nice outcomes.

Can you please upload the entire floor plan including the ground floor (drainage question) or is the house already under construction?

Regards

Yes, that is a staircase, the arrangement of the door should actually work.

That is correct, the corner is very tight. But what alternative would there be for the positioning of the WC and the waste hatch?
Corian countertop is a good idea. But the lady of the house naturally has concerns that if you don’t use a bathroom line, it will look too patchy. But since we hardly have any cabinets, you probably can’t tell whether the WC matches the vanity unit.

The house is not yet under construction; the floor plans are still very flexible. However, the arrangement of the staircase has already been approved by the builder.

Hmm, why are there then no professional drawings ;)

What do the dashed lines in the OG bathroom mean?

Is the OG a full floor? If not, how is the roof positioned ... presumably so that one might not even be able to get out of the shower.

And, the bathroom door only fits with overlap of the stairs through the floor of the OG. You have to pay close attention to the heights. Otherwise, a tall person will have the edge in front of their head when going down the stairs.

The dressing room really doesn't offer much closet space.

The dashed lines were additional measurements. It is a full floor. The height at the second step is 2.20m, which should be sufficient. If the closet space in the dressing room is not enough, then you could still place a dresser in the bedroom.
