Offer from electrician - Is the price justified?

I received the offer from my desired electrician, and I find it quite steep. Here is an excerpt:

1 single switch to an outdoor lighting point: €52.00
1 simple socket supply and installation: €48.00
1 two-way switch to a lighting point: €52.00
1 Merten room thermostat supply and installation: €89.00
1 meter cabinet including all fuses supply and installation: €1,450.00
1 empty box with cables for telephone or antenna: €45.00
1 satellite system Astrosat Hotbird and Astra 9 inputs, 8 outputs: €550.00
1 video intercom system including 2 video stations: €1,044.00
Roller shutter control for 23 windows: €1,485.00
6 step lights supply and installation: €534.00

All prices net (plus VAT) including installation/chasing etc. The switch program is apparently standard white from Merten. The total offer sums up to €11,169.00 net, i.e. €13,291.11 gross. It seems quite expensive to me, especially since not even all the sockets I need are included. However, he provides the site power box free of charge.
The house is 12x12m without a basement.

What do you think? Are the prices okay or should I put pressure on him again?

So, according to GÜ, we will pay 39.50 (incl.) for a simple socket (also Standard-Merten). Your desired electrician is charging almost 25% more?!!!!

Since we are nowhere near that point yet (maybe in 2-3 months), I can't say anything about the other costs. But wow, I find that quite steep, I don't calculate that high myself, but I can tentatively include your values for the two-way switch and so on. Thanks.

Your electrician has calculated very strangely. My offers for a Schuko socket - completely installed GIRA 55 - range from 19 to 39 euros, two-way switch with one ceiling light point completely installed from 26 to 41 euros, changeover switch from 45 to 53 euros. I consider the other prices acceptable. Telephone/antenna even at 45 euros is good (I have 47 to 95). With the meter cabinet, it ultimately depends on how many RCDs you have and whether an additional meter is needed, for example for a heat pump. Only then can the price be estimated. For the roller shutter control for 23 windows, it depends on how many individual controls there are and whether a central control has been installed.
