Hello everyone,

today I have the offer for the heating system. It concerns a brine-water heat pump (flexoCOMPACT exclusive VWF 88 /4). The ground drilling including associated ancillary work etc. is already included in the price. If I may count on the 35% subsidy from BAFA and 3-5% discount, this trade would cost me about 10,000€ less (compared to the offer of approx. 47,000€). The heating engineer comes from my region and has a good reputation.
Please give me your feedback on whether the offer is reasonable from your point of view and if you think anything is missing here? Furthermore, I would be very grateful if anyone could share experience with FlexoCompact. Last but not least, I would like to know if I should add anything for the cooling function.

Thanks in advance!!
Best regards

I am missing the design of the underfloor heating according to the calculated room-specific heating load

The heating surface is approximately 220 sqm. At position 3 in the offer, I see 1540 meters of system pipe (position 03.008) and 8500 pcs. of staple clips (pos. 03.009)... In total, the underfloor heating including accessories is about 7 k€. Does the calculation with the heating surface roughly match?

That needs to be calculated, for that you need the room-specific heating load, and for that the desired temperature of the individual rooms.

This can also be calculated externally and then the heating installer works accordingly

Oops, I have neither received this from the heating engineer nor from my architect, at least it was not shown to me. And I thought that the temperature in every room should remain constant at 20/21 degrees, at least during the day. Is this calculation so relevant for the offer or relevant for checking the contents/prices? Thanks for your hint!
