Unfortunately a roof pitch facing north. But apparently there are not such large efficiency losses with elevated photovoltaic systems, only about 10% or so.

It wouldn’t be bad to live IN Tübingen; things could be worse. Nevertheless, apparently similar principles apply there, which you also mention and which will probably increase your construction costs or force you to cut back. In that respect, money is spent that could otherwise benefit the quality of the house elsewhere. This is a fundamental decision that everyone makes for themselves, and there is no right or wrong answer.

A junk room-all purpose room as a special feature of a newly built home? – I’d be enthusiastic about that too, but then the next day the Yellow Pages would be on the breakfast table, opened at "Specialist Divorce Lawyers." A mancave with guest room alibi. Gradual reductions of demands create redesign efforts that cost time, during which the square meter prices rise again, so that in all the hullabaloo only one single hare is caught. Even if such tests are not corrupt once (the associated quality seals can be bought as advertising customers), they negatively influence the comparison field in that many good providers are not considered at all. The big names are basically among themselves. And the "user experiences" are just as bought and troll-infested as hotel and doctor reviews. Don’t buy from SEO tricksters! Against the self-produced kind of additional costs, not even the most expert experts help. Indiscipline during the post-selection phase is a price bomb of the highest impact, and (only!) the alpha Kevins among the know-it-all builders go with private patient claims exactly to discounters. Whoever values burl wood and leather is better off buying a Bentley than upgrading that at Seat.

How does kfw300 work with the income?

For KfW300, the average of the taxable income of the 2nd and 3rd year before the application date is used as a basis according to the income tax assessment. With two children, the income must not exceed 100k. With 6300 net, I would also rather say that one is above this threshold, but I do not know the tax situation of the thread starter. It is possible that he/she did not have this high income 2-3 years ago. Or there were significant income losses due to parental leave.

Since the daycare fees alone amount to over 900 EUR, that is 5,400 EUR per year per child, and you can deduct 2/3 of that from your taxes, I already see good chances of getting below the 100,000 EUR zvE. The question is how thoroughly you have done your tax returns and whether you have really used everything you are allowed to use.
