if the roof pitch is facing south, I would elevate as little as possible and work only with weighted plates. The risk that the flat roof will become leaky after 10-15 years is too great for me. And enough space between the modules as walkways brings less yield, but accessibility is significantly better. Omit storage if possible. It's never worth it
Unfortunately a roof pitch facing north. But apparently there are not such large efficiency losses with elevated photovoltaic systems, only about 10% or so.
