As always, it is written so that the builder finds everything exactly right – when there is criticism, it usually gets torn apart again.

I have never been able to understand criticism of the traffic areas – it has always been heavily criticized by the [grünen].

We have about 35 sqm of corridors on three floors – but we use them too. I don’t want to move around completely cramped and end up with just a hole surrounded by 5 doors.

Yes, great, except for the bedroom + [Ankleide] the house works. A bit boring from the outside, but whatever. I would enlarge the house by another 10-20 sqm so you can fit your power rack!
