What is the current status? Hopefully, you have switched the hot water preparation to the heating element?
The last data logs from your LAD did not yet show any abnormalities regarding hot gas during the hot water preparation, but they are also older. Do you have logs from the time shortly before the error message occurred?

Good morning, yes, Christmas was great. I hope everything is good with you too and that you had nice holidays.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any current logs at all. We are currently on a ski vacation; everything was quite tight before Christmas and stressful.
The error has not occurred again. I have agreed with our heating engineer that if it happens again, a specialist company should come. Our plumbing company cannot do anything about error 704.
Since then, the heat pump has been running flawlessly. The error definitely occurred when it was -11°C outside. It must also have had something to do with the location somehow, but it was definitely not normal. Fortunately, we have a second heat source to which we could switch.
