Noise reduction from neighboring properties - ideas?

The drywall panels are available with different dB values, in total it was about 70dB

Solid Poroton filled, 42cm,
triple glazing with RC2 and 45dB,
no roof windows,
a lot of insulation in the roof with double 15mm drywall boards.

That sounds like a well thought-out concept! Everything fits together...

For us, the windows are the weak point, so we are having the glass replaced... the new ones will also have 45dB instead of 32dB.

Before going for expensive solutions, I would briefly try together with the neighbor to see if simply moving the radio somewhere else helps. How did the neighbor position the radio in the first place? Can't they move it so that it is further away from you? So that there is no direct line of sight? Or can the neighbor perhaps even place three stones behind the radio to block the bass from the window?
