Yes, it is conceivable that it takes some time until the internet is available in the new development area. First, fiber optic cables are laid and then a network operator is sought or founded or... There are many ways to put pressure on a city, but that usually won’t help. I would rather inquire with the major and possibly local providers about what is planned. It might take a while to find the right contact. If the mobile internet connection is OK, that might suffice for a transitional period if necessary. Once fiber optic is laid, providers are usually very interested in offering data services for a fee, since the biggest investment has already been made. If cable TV is coming, internet is usually also available broadband via that path. The risk of being left without a connection is low.

Ask Telekom once. They have a builders' hotline. With 17 people, a line is certainly worthwhile for them.

Thank you for your feedback! ;)

No, unfortunately cable is not connected. Otherwise, that would be fine for me.

As far as I can see, water supply and sewer are already finished. I can’t really assess anything else. But work is being done there diligently every day.

Radio link? I am still getting an offer for that. However, I’m not sure if that is a top-notch solution.

Unfortunately, according to the power supplier, it is actually the case that they do lay empty conduits for internet/fiber optic, but no fiber optic itself. It also looks poor for cable...

I have already thought of that. Apparently, you can also get FTTH done here for only €15,000 .

But what still doesn’t make sense to me – the ministry speaks quite boastfully here. But in reality, it’s all hot air – can that really be? o_O

Depending on the area, a 5G router might be worthwhile. For example, the GigaCube from Vodafone?

Maybe you can start a citizens' initiative together with the other builders and directly refer to the claim made by the ministry. Perhaps you can also get some local politicians and the local newspaper on board ... unfortunately, it is time-consuming. But if the claim comes from the ministry, I would contact the ministry.
(It is not hopeless. I was once a member of an initiative that opposed the allocation of a large area of the public botanical garden to a very high court. We were successful insofar as in the end small annexes and densification could be implemented as a solution.)
