What I don't understand is why someone would buy a plot of land where the development plan is not yet finalized.. I would never take that risk, unless the seller offers a reversal of the transaction and assumes all costs in such a case..


What do you mean by that? The nickname itself or do you know me from other forums? I feel like I've made 100,000 posts on the internet under this nickname over the past 15 years

@ SirSydom - we bought the plot from an acquaintance who owns several plots there and wants to build there himself. He is also our spokesperson between the city, the development company, and the mentioned owner

- the said owner bought the plot back then as farmland. He wanted to lease it to the respective farmers. As far as I understand, he was not told at the time that it would soon become building land and that someone would soon knock on his door regarding the development. However, the whole matter of the development was not a problem for him.
