@ BauPaar said neighbor does not want to build. I put up a fence and take out legal protection insurance p. Let him come

The statement is not only illegal, but on top of that a blatant outrage. If his stamp means nothing, then there is no need for applications anymore. If he himself decides what he enters where and when, then that is nothing but arbitrariness – and citizens are expressly to be protected against that in administrative procedures.

Honestly – if the city wanted to charge me money for the approval, I would ask the supervisor what he thinks of a properly formulated official complaint. I would write it directly to him, the responsible regional authority, and at the same time to the Ministry of the Interior, and lay it openly in front of him threefold.

I think then the tone with which you are treated will improve considerably and abruptly.

If not, you put it right before his eyes and have the receipt of the letters confirmed.

Best regards Dirk Grafe

but Dirk, as long as the SB hasn’t slapped a building authority stamp on it, the whole thing is ineffective (referring to the obvious condition of the SB, who seems to be quite clueless) ;p

It is questionable whether the supervisor has the same sense of humor.

Best regards

Hello everyone,

just wanted to give an update on the current status.

So far - oh wonder - nothing has happened! The encumbrance is signed, but since then there has been radio silence.

Since Easter, the building application for the wall should have been processed and I should at least have a confirmation letter from the city. That is still missing.
When I inquired, I was told that my building application is with the planning office. Exactly where, however, is unclear! The caseworker wanted to find out and then get back to me. But so far, he has not managed to give me any feedback.

Looks like I will have to go to the building authority in person after all.

It really looks like that. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you that it goes better then.
