Hmm.. What do you mean by that? Practice layout: A pure therapy room + a therapy room that is also used as a lecture and "exercise" room

It seems more Bavarian to me to extend the roof over the practice extension rather than to install a dormer there.

I would actually not say that at all. Recurrence also happens quite often here.

I have understood that ecological construction is important to you and that you have a pretty good idea of how you want to live and orient yourself by "how people live". I see parallels to us and our project in that. We visited all kinds of providers, looked at log houses, spoke with architects. One was good at listening and we felt understood. He received a jumble of pictures and examples that we collected, each with a comment on what we liked about them. We knew that all these aspects would not fit into one house. Then we had a design made. Very much requiring explanation, but we understood it and it felt right. With few changes, it is now being built with local companies. Try to find an architect this way. Interestingly, our house would approximately meet your requirements including [Praxis]. However, the terrain conditions are different. More gladly if interested via PN

Would you like to tell me more via PM? I am not allowed to send the first PM yet.. Or just tell me the link/title of your floor plan thread? We will actually have the new architect design for us. However: the more ideas and clear concepts we bring in already, just as it probably was with you, the more efficient it can run. That’s why I am grateful for every constructive thought.
