You definitely have to plan a cloakroom at the entrance. You’re not going back upstairs just for shoes and jackets. The area that welcomes you privately is much too neglected.

Somehow I have difficulty seeing the two floors aligned above each other. Already in the initial draft:

EG: Right stair wall to left exterior wall: 624 cm for that
EG: Right stair wall to right exterior wall: about 613 cm
OG: Right stair wall to left exterior wall: about 695 cm
OG: Right stair wall to right exterior wall: about 594 cm

In this context, the staircase seems much too narrow to me.

Indeed. I measured from the left side to the stairs on the right and also got different measurements. The staircase marked "1.685" is one you wouldn't really want. However, I assume this is due to tracing/copying the architectural plans.

That may be so, but floor plans are just worthless that way.

I would really like to see (for example, color-coded in the plans) how this origin was changed. What actually came first: room layout or building vision? (to me, the design feels like a strangely mixed Silesian Swedish house with a touch of Alpine chalet – in that sense, I would have expected Bigfoot as a pet rather than dogs).
