That is not so easy. Pressing Adapt briefly once shows a "1", the value is set to 21 and I can change it. Pressing Adapt for two seconds shows a "2", the value is set to 14. Also changeable. Otherwise, I haven't found anything to change the flow temperature. Pressing "Temp" multiple times shows me all the measured values one after the other (flow, currently 43 degrees, outside temp., water temp., room temp. of the rooms where a sensor is installed). But I can't change anything here.

Easier said than done. I'm a bit helpless with it...

Today first conversation with Enpal. They want to install a Bosch air heat pump CS5800i AW 12 OR-T. They assumed about 3000 liters of oil per year. What struck me as particularly appealing as an untrained layman: Environmentally friendly and future-proof with natural refrigerant R290 (propane) - Pump group with mixing function for an even temperature in the second heating circuit Total purchase price (gross) €38,790.00 Their price after subsidies is €21,335 179 monthly installments of €325.77 Enpal tip: Use the government subsidy for special repayment! When using the expected subsidy amount of €17,456.00 for special repayment, the monthly installment is reduced to approx. €179.17. That is what I had in mind from the start. The pension allows for that and the descendants will shoulder it later. I have already dreamed of the Grim Reaper. The Enpal heat guarantee: At least 20°C in every heated room - even on particularly cold days¹ If needed, replacement of your radiators or underfloor heating circuit distributors at no additional cost (there are almost 20 radiators after all, I got the answer on the phone upon inquiry: whether we replace one or 20 makes no difference for you as a customer) ¹Particularly cold days are to be understood as days when the outdoor temperature at the installation site of the heat pump is as low as -13.1°C. ("Standard outdoor temperature"). ²Enpal assesses the necessity based on the individual conditions on site, especially the results of the room-by-room heat load calculation. ¹Particularly cold days are to be understood as days when the outdoor temperature at the installation site of the heat pump is as low as -13.1°C. ("Standard outdoor temperature"). Can I be confident about that? Best regards Norbert

That is already a starting point. The heating curve diagram is shown in the operating manual.
Heating circuit 1: value 21 means at 0°C outside temperature the flow temperature is about 62°C.
Heating circuit 2: value 14 means at 0°C outside temperature the flow temperature is about 48°C.
At +10°C it is correspondingly less, at frost correspondingly more.
Now you just have to find out which one is heating circuit 1 and which one is heating circuit 2 in your case. This should be easy to test with an infrared thermometer on the pipe.
As a next step, you can start to gradually lower heating circuit 1. Because 60°C is not very heat pump friendly. But it may simply be set too high and the thermostats reduce the flow. The heat pump dislikes that even more than a high flow temperature. Ideally, you can run both circuits at the same flow temperature.

I am skeptical about the Enpal installment offer. In the end, you pay more than with a simple craftsman bill.

Took too long to edit:

179 x 325.77 is 58,312 €
After funding, they still want 179 x 179.17 = 32,071 €.

Can't you use the income bonus at 70% with your pension?
