New funding rates BAFA 2024 - also KfW?

Regarding photovoltaics: Thanks for the note. Under "7 Anlagen zur Stromversorgung" I understand it to mean that photovoltaics would be eligible for funding if they "also serve the heat supply of buildings in the scope of the Building Energy Act" (which would be the case with us) and no "funding or feed-in remuneration according to the Renewable Energy Sources Act is claimed."

Whether the KfW allows this argument that the photovoltaic system supplies the heat pump with electricity, I do not know. There are also cases in the forum where users have planned this, I have not experienced it myself yet. There is certainly a uniform position from the KfW on this, which is not published or recorded in the funding guidelines and associated documents. However, if this is concretely planned, the KfW also has a phone number where you can get help with such matters.

Does anyone have more detailed information on this? Without any restrictions, it almost sounds too good to be true. (our situation: started renovating a house to efficiency house 55 standard with KfW 261; but the costs for the energy-related measures are higher than the loan amount, so a combination with BAFA would be attractive)

Yes, you can have all measures on the building envelope funded separately through Bafa, even if they are necessary to achieve the respective efficiency house level. It is always advisable when the loan amount is exceeded.

If this is already clear during planning, an ISFP can also be created as part of the calculation, and the grant share and maximum amount can be increased. During the remodeling phase, creating the ISFP is no longer formally possible.

Important restriction: If a KfW EE class is targeted, the heating system technology cannot be funded through the heating subsidy here but must necessarily be financed through the loan.

Yes, it's a pity that we didn't have the information earlier. But at least: applications for €30,000 + €5,000 construction management have now been submitted; the additional €5,250 funding also helps already.
