Oh dear, these prices are horror.
Our people are already groaning at 250€/sqm and I can only understand them too well. ;)

Wow, when I see the prices I almost fall over backwards. We are acquiring our building plot for €54.50/sqm. Either you get an extremely tiny plot where the house barely fits or none at all.

Well, you have to be fair. The job selection in the Stuttgart area is top, the salaries are quite a bit higher (I originally come from Nuremberg) but you make up for that in the "living" costs again ;-) Even though it didn’t become Fellbach, I’m happy with our plot. But €400,000 just for the plot was simply not feasible. Fellbach is actually no longer really a suburb of Stuttgart. It borders directly on the Stuttgart city limits in some places.

Well, we don’t have much garden, but everything else is simply priceless. My parents still have 1200 m2, I have to be satisfied with 1/3, which I do :) The largest building plot in our development was 450 m2. That says it all actually.

Koblenz is moderate in terms of prices. We are building about 7 km from the city center in the countryside, with great infrastructure. Our riding mower has enough to do;)

Very good, such a ride-on mower would be a really nice thing :) My parents bought their plot of land in a suburb of Nürnberg in 1988 for 51 DM per m2 :D

Robbaut, are you from PB? *wave* I also wanted to write that it was like this here last year. For sought-after locations, the city also wants a bit more than the standard land value, because that only reflects the average prices of the past. ;)
