I will now first get in touch with my bank and a financing advisor. I have already had some initial thoughts about whether [massiv] or [fertig]. I definitely want to contribute my own work. I would definitely do the electrical work.
Does anyone have a recommendation for an independent financing broker in the greater Munich area.

We had very good contact through [Stadtsparkasse München] - I can send it to you via DM. We did not finance through them - but the advisor was very good - at that time he only had bad conditions for us (only 15 years fixed interest period).

In Paderborn, last year the plots of a small new development area were sold in exactly the same way. A set of rules (sale only to private individuals, minimum price, etc.) was established and then one could submit a sealed bid until a deadline. Whoever submitted the highest bid was awarded the contract. Since the plots are located in a very nice area, apparently all plots were sold this way.

I also know this procedure. In our residential area, €380/sqm had to be specified as the minimum price.. whoever then submitted the highest price per square meter by day X received the contract.

We had a similar case with us in Fellbach (a suburb of Stuttgart). We were also interested in a plot of land there. In the end, the m² was sold for €1,100 per m².
