And with the super property, the garden would then be larger (child-friendly)?

with the new property the garden would be level with the ground. a little bit bigger and would have access at the back to a bike path for the kids and fields to play in. so better as well, yes. above all, we now have a north-facing garden and there a southeast-facing garden.

I can understand that you are no longer interested in the house. We felt similarly and changed houses after just 3 years And then at least you know what you don’t want in the next house

The new property isn’t really ideal for playing either, is it? If the children then had to retreat to the fields, which the farmer certainly wouldn’t allow. Couldn’t you get a family-friendly property further outside with a bigger plot for that money? I would gladly do without the comfort of underfloor heating if I had the option to let 3 children plus possible visiting children play unsupervised in the garden where they could play safely.

No, you misunderstand me. In addition to the garden, which would be larger than the one we have, we would have space at the back with the possibility to go out not onto the street but directly onto a bike path. Behind that is a field that is not used and can be played on, but the garden alone with about 18 by 22 meters is already sufficient.

Then I would now go to the bank and see what they have to say.
