Disposal costs are missing, and some items are far too low.

Many calculate tiles per square meter. But hardly anyone plans that the labor materials cost almost the same amount again, plus waste.

It is tedious to read anything from such a list, which is also completely unsorted. Please sort it by shell construction, own work, interior fit-out, and exterior area.
Then maybe add 2-3 weeks to the planned house. Then maybe you can count on some help.
Otherwise, it resembles looking into a crystal ball.

It's a bit hard to say: "The roller shutter boxes are missing" because you write: shell construction. What's included in there? No idea. Then complete electrical work: Does that include network + BUS + air conditioning system + video intercom system + satellite dish with mount + xxx? How is one supposed to say: "that's missing" when only trades are listed?! Base plaster, earthworks for paving, gravel for paving, outdoor facilities like fence, concrete blocks, etc., those are very difficult to specify.
