So if I remember correctly, our kitchen studio (of course after the contract was signed) gave us a kitchen plan that had to be taken into account during the shell construction. To create this, the kitchen studio wanted to have the floor plans, I believe. A detailed planning or measuring was done by our kitchen studio shortly after the screed was laid.

In other words, sequence (for us):

1. (Rohbau) planning (including architect)
2. kitchen planning (rough)
3. house expansion planning (pipes etc.)
4. electricity / piping
5. screed
6. kitchen measurement (final adjustments)
7. flooring

All without guarantee as it is from memory.
7. Electricity

Yes, that's probably how we will do it to ensure that all connections, windows, and doors are in the right place. So let's wait for the next plan to see if it fits correctly, then we'll go to the kitchen studio and then we'll submit the plans. Thank you!

At the risk of writing the same thing as most before me: we made an early rough kitchen plan because we wanted to adapt the layout to our kitchen. We have a floor-to-ceiling window, which was planned exactly between the (half-)island and the cabinet wall. Then the layout was precisely worked out and sent to the kitchen salesperson for "checking". Once everything is finished, the men come by, take the measurements, and place the order for the kitchen.

That is exactly how we will do it. At the moment, our floor plan is still with the architect for revision. We definitely need this now to know how the two "inflexible" doors to the hallway and the storage room are positioned. However, the windows and sliding door to the pantry should be aligned with the kitchen. Have you then ordered the kitchen directly, negotiated the price, and selected the fronts and everything?

Best regards, milkie

Yes. With emphasis on "negotiation"
