Why prefer your wife this type?

Whatever that is supposed to mean (?) What is supposed to be discussed there – have you already chosen a construction proposal that would serve as the basis for comparisons? He-she-it, the s is necessary ;-) I suspect the usual romantic misconceptions along the lines of faster or fixed-price-secure. Otherwise, the preference would probably be more specifically related to certain manufacturers.

No construction method is ruled out. ;)

She cannot say exactly why she likes this type of construction. I think it is just good marketing and the set construction times and house costs (apart from additional construction costs and [Bemusterung-Kosten], about which they won't tell you anything).

The meeting is not intended as a comparison in this way. It is for the company to hear my wishes and work out what it would cost if I were to build with them and what is included in the costs and how much and how strongly our own contribution affects the price.

As it stands, this is too vague and means you will initially only be able to separate the bad listeners from the very bad listeners – nothing more. For that reason, I would save all involved the effort. I also do not consider it advisable to compare the construction service descriptions of the providers against each other (and this is even more complicated for deficiencies than for additional services). I am not sure about Ytong at the moment, but with Hebel I know of a wide range of construction proposals (almost analogous to "house models" of turnkey general contractors). I would find it helpful if you browsed through this "catalog" and found out which model fits your ideas best. This can make conversations much more purposeful. Theoretically, you can also package "individual plans" as "kits" – but this approach works really well only with "fully worked-out" construction proposals.
