The problem is that the term "expert" is not legally protected. I can just as well call myself a "Massivfertighausexperte" and take money from people. Without wanting to offend this provider, I haven't really found anything in their public statements that couldn't be learned here in the forum in much greater detail. Sure, 300 EUR is not much, but then you can't expect much either. ;)

Sorry, but even I could not offer that - and a formal expert with the usual effects of their professional liability on the corresponding fee schedule certainly not. Nevertheless, a knowledgeable comparison of offers will be affordable and always worthwhile. By the way, the effort can be greatly simplified by comparing actively.

For 300 euros, our independent expert worked for 2 hours and 30 minutes. In that time, 5 contracts were not even properly read, let alone compared.

And stone upon stone is out, right?

No construction is out. It's still too early. I have planned meetings with companies for the next month. My wife is a fan of prefabricated houses. But I just want a good house at a good price, regardless of the construction.
