Are you sure that you are allowed that size? The building envelope shows you the extent on the property, but it looks like a floor area ratio is preventing you from building too much, or another restriction is limiting the width of the house. The houses are not narrow for no reason.

I talked with building consultation. Yes, so 3m distance to the other neighbor’s boundary must be kept, almost 7.5m wide. Backwards then as in the building window, so about 17m deep. The gentlemen from two building companies also said so. But yes, it is still not 100% certain. I am also satisfied with 7x14m, as long as it is doable and with a basement.
